Four new astronomers!

Congratulations to Valentina Miranda, Sebastian Silva, Daniel Miller and Ignacio Muñoz who got their licenciatura in astronomy at the Institute of Astrophysics at PUC ! I would like to highlight their excellent work and strong commitment to their research project! Well-done!
